 I have enjoyed helping people in the Greater Rome area find their dream homes for over 31 years.  I have been a local resident since 1966 and have been a licensed REALTOR since February 1986.

I am a full time real estate professional and GRI graduate with SRS, SFR, ABR, and E-Pro designations.  I am licensed in both Georgia and Alabama and am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, and former President of the Board of Realtors.

 

Additionally, I am the founder and current owner Seven Hills Rentals, Inc. in Rome. We are a property management company comprised of approximately 1,500 rental units in and around Floyd County. Whether it’s an investor looking for a company that can take on a large portfolio,  a corporation with commercial property they want to have professionally managed, or an individual who recently bought a property to serve as an investment or additional source of income, we can manage it. I am married to my wonderful husband, Tony Davis, and we have three children:  Abbi, Elizabeth, and Dakota. I am also blessed to be called MiMi by my 3 beautiful grandchildren- Hudson, Emma and Annistyn.

Land and Farm 

Jerry Mull; a friend in the Real Estate Market. I believe honesty and integrity as the foundation for everything I do! I have spent my whole life in the cattle industry and farming the land. I am a current member of the Farm Bureau, National Cattlemen’s Association, Georgia Cattlemen’s Association and the American Grasslands Council. Therefore, I have a very good understanding of property, its usefulness and value. This industry also prepared me to be a good negotiator.

 

I also worked for Georgia Power Company for 27 years and spent 21 years as a Customer Service Supervisor and working with the new home area. Great Customer Service is very important to me. Purchasing real estate whether land or a home is usually the largest purchase people make. I want to make the process as smooth, enjoyable and stress-free as possible! I like to see my clients as a friend and not a business deal. This background also gives me a great understanding of homes, locations and how to help people either buying or selling a home or land.

 Taryn is a native of Rome, Georgia and holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Berry College.  Upon graduation, Taryn was hired as a shipping manager and supervisor for a local manufacturing facility and remained there until the company sold in 2015.  She began working for Trinie Davis and Company in 2016, and in 2017 became the co-owner and CFO of Breakaway Vacay - a vacation rental management company based in Panama City Beach, FL. Outside of work, Taryn is an avid lover of dogs, the great outdoors, and traveling.

She has an extensive and consistent background in both residential & retail design.  Kimberly’s background as both an artist and Art dealer gives her a unique approach to all styles while her design experience keeps her current with industry trends.

I opened my first Photography studio in 1983. I also started my Real Estate career many years ago in Florida and therefore understand what the buyer is looking for.

In the last few years I have watched the Real Estate field change dramatically. No more telephoning an agent on a classified add or a For Sale by Owner sign stuck in the front yard.  Now the majority of savvy buyers start their search on the Internet. As buyers search the Internet for properties, they are making quick decisions. It therefore becomes essential that their first impressions be good ones.

 

 

Today's savvy sellers want their homes shown in the best possible way. This is why today's successful Realtor's are turning to professionals for their work. Not only does a professionally photographed home sell faster and bring a higher price. It is also a direct reflection on the Realtor's themselves. I have been working almost exclusively for some of the most successful Realtors in my area.  Real Estate photography is my only business not a sideline.
